Usually every morning after my 6am class I go right back to sleep. Wake up two hours later and restart my day. There is nothing wrong with that. But I want more. I want to try something new. I want to find energy and dedicate time for myself every morning. .
So for the next 30 days I am committing to start my morning with a 30 minute workout. Break a sweat, find focus and begin my day strong.
